I have not received my package, which was THE EXTREME 2 Vaporizer. I paid $185 and some change. I have been corresponding back and forth smiling. I have asked for a refund on two or three different occassions, and all I get in response is that they are investigating. I need my money like ASAP. I ordered this last month. What ever anyone do, don't order from this site.
These guys are good!
They actually give a damn about your happiness with them. When dealing with anyone or any store...The one thing I judge them all on...CREDIBILITY!
Once that's gone...so am I! I love these guys!

Got another Mighty from here after buying my friend one (and deciding it was obvious I needed one too.). Then an accessory order with my gift card. All fast. All trouble free. The way it would be. !POTV!

I have purchased the arizer extreme q and the storz&bickel crafty+ i had excellent service from them as they ship out the products right away...i just wish that the slow af since the election post office was just as fast. Ive never needed to contact them but im sure if i ever need to they will be right on top of it. Great company my go to online vape shop!!!
They ran out of a product which is fine.. it happens. Yesterday I had a chat with Ashis about another order that got lost from POTV to the USPS. Again which is fine. Maybe it's just my bad luck to have 2 messed up orders thats no onez fault
They forgot about my order for a month, cause one of the items had gone out of stock - I had to email them to get the rest of the order shipped. They should have proactively contacted me to let me know one item was out of stock.
